Right to Manage

We help leaseholders take control over the management of their building without having to prove any fault on the part of the landlord.

The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 allows leaseholders to set the level of service charges, appoint their own managing agent, arrange their own buildings insurance, control how repair works are carried out, and limit the hassle of obtaining consent for things in the lease. It’s also easier and cheaper than buying the freehold.
